We are currently seeking a Support Services Technician to join the IT team at our corporate office.

Job Summary:

A successful candidate will need to be customer focused, organized and have strong communication skills. This will be essential for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries.

Responsibilities are as follows:

    • Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance via phone, electronically, or face to face
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and requests
    • Research questions using available information resources
    • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues / requests
    • Advise customer on appropriate action
    • Record details of inquiries and requests as well as actions taken
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
    • Follow-up on customer interactions
    • Redirect requests to the appropriate resource
    • Identify and escalate situations requiring immediate attention
    • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as well as additional knowledge in using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum of an associate’s degree in an information technology field
  • This position will require a basic knowledge of the following: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Citrix
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  •  

Abilities:

  • Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities
  • Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25lbs., seeing and reading
  •

IT Business Relationship Director
