We are currently seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Intern for our corporate office. This can be part of a formal university co-op program or a full- or part-time paid internship. This person will support Sales Support team members who write, design, edit, proof and manage proposals and presentations. This would also include creating and maintaining other sales documents/media, including project description sheets and employee bios. In addition, this will support the Marketing and Corporate Communications team members with creating and maintaining marketing documents and collateral, event management, and possibly assistance with video production.

Responsibilities are as follows: 

  •  Assist with copywriting and content creation for a variety of internal and external communications, including website, news releases, social media content, and other areas as needed
  • Interact with employee-owners at all levels of the company in support departments, field operations, business development, as well as with external partners and vendors
  • Help translate complex strategies and themes into easy-to-understand communications
  • Assist with video planning, creation, and production for both internal and external use
  • Assist with meeting logistics, asset management, and reporting
  • Help make technical subject matter more engaging for a lay audience, while communicating value and benefits
  • Assist with writing and coordinating the proposal and sales presentation process 
  • Help create sales documents/media including project descriptions and employee bios 
  • Research support for the sales process
  • Assist in managing our digital assets

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline 
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees   
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suites is a plus, but not necessary


  • Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities 
  • Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25lbs., seeing and reading 
  • Valid driver’s license required
